Final-sale policy
This policy retains the conditions of previous purchases. The store is temporarily closed. The ad-free option for English and Spanish was offered for US$17, one payment, without a subscription or automatic renewal. Digital purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This condition appears before checkout opens.

1. All purchases are final
We do not offer refunds, returns or credits for a change of mind, lack of use, partial use, unfamiliarity with features described before payment, or deciding not to continue.
This rule remains applicable to previously purchased products and top-ups.
2. Why sales are final
The language paths are a digital product. All topics are free. After payment is confirmed, the purchase account receives the ad-free option for both languages. AI voice conversations are still being prepared and are not activated by previous purchases.
Because of this immediate availability, a purchase does not become refundable because you did not complete the lessons or use one of the languages.
3. Confirmation before paying
Before Stripe Checkout opens, you must confirm that you have read and accepted the final-sale condition. Review the description, price, included resources, access requirements and terms before completing payment.
4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and delivery failures
The final-sale policy does not prevent reporting a duplicate or unauthorized charge or a technical failure that prevented delivery of purchased access. Write to soporte@lulokit.com from your purchase email. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or banking information.
LuloKit will investigate and correct access or take the action required by law or the payment provider. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a refund when the purchase was authorized and the product delivered as described.
5. Required reversals and chargebacks
If Stripe, Link, the payment issuer or an authority confirms a full reversal, access and benefits associated with that transaction may be revoked. Consumed resources are not returned to the wallet, and records needed to resolve the transaction may be retained.
6. Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Outside those mandatory cases, all LuloKit purchases are final and non-refundable.
