Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, activating or using LuloKit, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you disagree, do not complete a purchase or continue using the product.

2. What LuloKit offers

All topics, vocabulary, grammar and assessments are free after email registration, with no card. Verify your email using the sign-in link to save progress in your account. The free model includes advertising.

LuloKit English and Spanish includes conversations, vocabulary, grammar, exercises and progress tracking. The store is temporarily closed. Previous US$17 one-time purchases retain the ad-free option in both languages for one personal account. Payment is not required to complete the lessons. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Access is linked to the purchase email and becomes available after the transaction is confirmed.

Voice conversation with AI and attitude is being prepared. Voice and voice top-ups are not available yet. The exercise microphone is separate and does not provide free-form AI conversation.

Level assessments provide guidance and do not award certification. Practice and corrected answers do not guarantee a level of proficiency.

Previous purchases retain their terms, data and acquired rights. Products outside the current offer remain archived; this simplified presentation does not delete answers, balances or progress.

3. Your account and personal use

Language access is linked to your purchase or authorized sign-in email. Each person has their own progress. The license is personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable. Selling, lending, excessive account sharing, bulk copying and attempts to bypass product limits are prohibited.

Access may be suspended for fraud, a chargeback or confirmed full reversal, technical abuse, illegal use or a material breach of these terms. For other reasons, we will try to explain the situation before suspension where reasonably possible.

4. Exercises and help from Lulo

Lessons include prepared examples and answers. Microphone practice is optional; you can type. Word recognition can make mistakes and does not assess pronunciation.

No academic result or certified English level is guaranteed. LuloKit does not replace specialized legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice.

5. Retained transaction conditions

Lessons do not charge you or start subscriptions. The following conditions are retained for previous transactions and do not describe a current offer.

Prices are shown before Stripe Checkout opens. Stripe or Link processes payments and may calculate taxes according to location and applicable settings. LuloKit does not receive full card details.

Legacy top-ups require an active Level 1 account. The browser cannot choose how many Lulo assists to credit: the server grants only the access, bonuses or package associated with the purchased product. Historical purchases retain their recorded permissions.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. By clicking the purchase button, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the privacy policy and the policies linked in the store. Digital access and optional Lulo assists may be available for immediate use.

6. Intellectual property

LuloKit’s brand, design, structure, base text, questions, logic and materials belong to their owners. You retain your original answers and may use generated drafts for your own project, subject to third-party rights and the rules of the platforms where you publish them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep products available, but maintenance, provider failures, security changes and disruptions beyond our control may occur. We may fix errors and improve activities without adding charges or automatic renewals.

8. Responsibility

You are responsible for personal account use and following the rules applicable to your activity. To the extent permitted by law, LuloKit is not responsible for indirect results, lost opportunities or decisions made without reviewing a suggestion.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes and contact
